Below you can read about the terms and conditions that apply when you shop at www.raunsborg.dk. If you have any questions that are not answered here, please feel free to call us at 6371 1100 or send us an email at info@raunsborg.dk.
Delivery Conditions
Delivery time is normally 2-3 working days. You will receive an order confirmation by email after completing your order. Once the order has been dispatched from us, you will receive an email with the invoice and tracking information for the order, so you can track your order from dispatch to delivery.
The administration of purchases and sales on www.raunsborg.dk is handled by Raunsborg ApS, CVR no. 36 07 79 80. Orders are sent with GLS. Timely delivery, however, assumes that GLS adheres to day-to-day delivery. If delays occur at GLS, this will similarly delay the delivery. Raunsborg cannot be held responsible for delays at GLS.
PLEASE NOTE!
Delivery to a private/home address requires someone to be home to receive the package in person. If no one is at the address, the package will be delivered to a GLS parcel shop, and you will receive a notification of where it can be collected. If you choose the option for the package to be left at the address, it is at your own risk, and the package is considered delivered once it has been left.
Delivery to Bornholm and certain small islands is not covered by the day-to-day delivery target; shipments to these areas may in some cases take 2 days, and the delivery time will therefore be 3-4 days.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer delivery to Greenland and the Faroe Islands. International deliveries must be ordered via www.raunsborg.com.
Delivery Costs
GLS Parcel Shop & GLS Private:
For purchases over DKK 500,- incl. VAT, free shipping to a GLS parcel shop is included. For home delivery to a private address or private (at your own risk), the cost is DKK 49,-.
For purchases of DKK 500,- incl. VAT or less, a shipping fee of DKK 45,- will be added for delivery to a GLS parcel shop. For home delivery, a shipping fee of DKK 49,- will be added.
PLEASE NOTE! Direct home delivery requires someone to be home to receive the package in person.
If no one is at the address, the package will be delivered to a GLS parcel shop, and you will receive notification of where it can be collected.
For home delivery, you can choose to have the package left at the address. If you choose this option, it is at your own risk.
GLS Business: A shipping fee of DKK 49,- will be added.
No handling fees are added.
Payment
Raunsborg accepts payment with MobilePay and the displayed payment cards. Payment will only be debited from your account when the order is dispatched to you.
Raunsborg encrypts all your card information using the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol via E-Pay. Raunsborg does not store your card information itself but transmits it to PBS/DIBS. This means that unauthorized persons cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction with PBS.
Right of Cancellation
There is a 14-day right of return on goods, calculated from the day you received your goods from us. From the date you have regretted your purchase and notified us at info@raunsborg.dk, you have 14 days to return the item to us. If you exercise your right of cancellation and the goods are returned in the same condition and quantity as received, the entire invoice, including shipping costs, will be credited. Costs associated with the return are at the customer's expense.
If you choose to cancel a purchase, you can return the item even if you have used it. Once the item has been returned, we will assess any depreciation in value of the item and then refund the purchase price minus any depreciation and shipping costs to your account within a few days. You must cover the costs of returning the item, and you bear the risk for the item until we have received it. Refusal to accept the shipment does not count as a right of cancellation. If you refuse to accept the shipment, we can resend it at your expense.

Right of Complaint
Raunsborg provides a 2-year right of complaint in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, covering manufacturing and material defects discovered during normal use of the product. The right of complaint does not cover faults, damages, or wear directly or indirectly caused by incorrect operation, poor maintenance, violence, or unauthorized interventions. Complaints about faults and defects, which should be discovered during a customary examination of the item, must be reported to Raunsborg within a reasonable time. The item can subsequently be returned for repair, exchange, or, by agreement, credit. In connection with complaint cases, Raunsborg covers reasonable return costs.

Returns also take place at this address – please note that we do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery. Returns can also be made by refusing receipt or by delivering the item in person to us. It is not a requirement, but processing is expedited if sufficient information accompanies the package – for example, a copy of the order confirmation or enclosed invoice and possibly a copy of previous correspondence, etc.
To make it extra easy for yourself, you can enclose a copy of the standard cancellation form you used when exercising your right of cancellation. It is always enclosed with your order. This way, we have all necessary information, and it expedites the processing of your case.
Refunds are made to the registration number and account number used for the order/payment.
Information on Complaint Options
As of February 15, 2016, new guidelines for complaint options come into effect, and the new EU consumer portal ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) goes live. The purpose of the new rules and the new portal is to provide consumers and businesses with easier access to resolve any cross-border disputes without having to go to court.
If you wish to complain about a product or service purchased from us (or wish to proceed with a complaint you do not feel has been satisfactorily resolved by us), you can submit your complaint to:

The EU Commission's online complaint portal ODR can also be used to submit a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country.
In case of a complaint to ODR, you must provide our email info@raunsborg.dk when submitting your complaint at http://ec.europa.eu/odr
Personal Information
No personal information registered at Raunsborg will at any time be transferred, sold, or made available to third parties. All information is stored securely and is only accessible to trusted employees at Raunsborg.
In connection with electronic payments, a secure encrypted method is used through the Webshop system, which is an E-mark approved provider.
The shop system uses so-called cookies to manage the content of the shopping cart. A cookie is simply the name for a file stored on your own PC. It is also possible to ask the system to save your address details for your next visit. If you wish to delete this information at a later time, you can do so via your browser settings. In Internet Explorer, for example, this is done via the "Tools" menu and the "Internet Options" menu item.
During a purchase, we request your name, address, phone number, and email address. This information is used solely for order processing. The information is transmitted and stored electronically in unencrypted form and saved for 5 years. The "contract" itself (the purchase agreement) is not stored at Raunsborg in a way that allows you to log in later and view/change its status.
